The Glade Pavilion is the largest and most unique resort conference facility in Australia’s tropical north. The spectacular pillar less venue can cater up to 850 theatre style or 1,000 cocktail style. The translucent covering diffuses soft, natural light whilst a myriad of flexible setup options – including air-conditioning, varied floor coverings, and retractable side panels – make it a great indoor/outdoor solution for meetings, conferences, cocktail parties, and banquets.

With a new, crisp navy accent colour, new wall panelling, carpet throughout, and a new lighting system, the glorious Mirage Ballroom and Pandanus room offer a fresh, new look.

Perfectly poised on Four Mile Beach, our non-denominational Crystal Wedding Chapel is able to welcome wedding parties of up to 50 guests in air-conditioned comfort. The chapel’s high ceilings, glass walls, stained glass inlays, and lush tropical garden setting create a stunning venue for you to say your vows. Our dedicated wedding specialist will assist in creating the ideal atmosphere to celebrate your special day.

Gilligan’s Island.

A private open air function area surrounded by tropical blue lagoon pools.

Seats up to 110 persons for a Seafood BBQ buffet and is complete with wooden decking, street lamp lighting and a roped nautical style balcony.

Max 110 / Min 30 people.

Fair View Function Room.

With superb mountain views and overlooking the Mirage championship golf course. The venue offers air-conditioned seating inside for up to 110 people for dinner. The adjoining terrace seats an additional 60 or is perfect for pre-dinner drinks and entertainment.

Interior: MAX 110 people.

Terrace: MAX 60 people.

Mirage Ballroom.

A magnificently appointed ballroom that can be divided into three smaller function rooms. Offers sophisticated sound, light and audio visual systems. Perfect for formal or themed events.

The Mirage Ballroom: MAX 240 people.

The Ballroom (one third) MAX 50 people.

Gazebo.

Centred around a permanent lagoon side gazeebo, guests enjoy the tastes of the tropics with a magnificent BBQ buffet. Choice of calypso, latin, jazz or bush band.
